Analytics records contain fixed page or feature labels, a UTC day and aggregate counts or visible seconds, without account IDs, full URLs or enquiry contents. We do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Enquiry forms send your details to REBUILD through our email delivery provider. We use those details to respond to your enquiry. A copy of your submitted form is also stored in REBUILD’s private owner dashboard so we can manage and respond to your enquiry.

If you send an email, its contents are handled by the email providers involved and used to respond to your enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive recovery or health details.

The hosting service may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. The REBUILD app is a separate service: refer to its own privacy information when using it.
